We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free return process for our health equipment, supplements and health-related products, including skincare items. 1. Returns Eligibility

1.1. We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • • Defective or damaged products: If you receive a product that is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • • Incorrect item received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the incorrect item.

  • • Unopened and unused products: For health and safety reasons, unopened and unused products may be eligible for returns within 1 day of purchase. Please note that shipping costs may apply.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • • Contact our Customer Support team at calvarymedicalsales@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package you’re returning.

  • • Pack the item securely in its original packaging or an appropriate substitute.

  • • Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation.

  • • Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

2.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

3. Refunds

3.1. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, as determined by Calvary Medical Sales, once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 10 working days for processing.

4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1. The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • • Opened or used products, for health and safety reasons.

  • • Products returned without a valid RA number.

  • • Items returned after the specified return period.

5. Shipping Costs

5.1. Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective.
